• Prepare the file in the correct format (width: 18.8 cm, height: 7.3 cm).
• Ensure proper content spacing (e.g., logos) – they should be positioned at least 5 mm inward from the edges.
• Photos and images (JPG or PNG) should be of sufficient resolution (300 dpi).
• Use vector logos and create text in vector programs.
• Send the file for print in CMYK color mode.

As shown in the example, you can use a colored background in the graphic, but it should be in a light shade, as event details are printed over it. Graphics in darker shades can only be used in areas where no additional event details are printed. We recommend that you always provide the original editable file so we can make adjustments if needed.
