Based in London, our UK Contact Centre offers the provision of phone sales for all tickets sold via the EVENTIM network. Operating 7 days a week, our friendly and experienced staff are on hand to offer phone sales as well as offering information about the events. With 150 phone agents available, we won’t leave your customers hanging.
Access Control
We provide a complete overview of who entered the venue and when. Our access control system ensures the highest level of security in managing entry.
